Friday 7th March 2008

Drunk a lot of water today so feel a loss less dehydrated especially after my shakes. Had a caramel bar which i really liked and was able to pick at in work, when i felt hungry. Really fancy a chicken salad subway but im going to resist and be good - hoping to loose at least another 4lbs by Monday! Then another 5lbs by Friday which would be a stone in 2 weeks - still on target!

Thursday 6th March 2008

Woke up this morning and have lost 5lbs - was a great boost and feel a lot better. Had a chicken and mushroom soup for lunch but dont particularly like the soups cos they are very powdery so am going to see my counsellor after work to change them all to shakes. Also tried the bars yesterday and not a great fan but its nice to have the option to chew something. Feeling really crap today and cannot concerntrate much, last night i nearly ran threw a red light in the centre of Cardiff cos i just wasnt paying much attention. Plus am tired, may also be down to the soup cos i really didnt enjoy it.

Anyway, nearly morning so i can weigh again!!!

Tuesday 4th March 208

Started the diet for the second time. First time was last july and i los 9lbs in 1 week but didnt have enough will power to resit the food! Im going on holiday in 5 weeks and need to lose at least 2 stone.

I prefer to have all shakes but have bought some bars this time to try - see how it goes
