Friday 7th March 2008

Drunk a lot of water today so feel a loss less dehydrated especially after my shakes. Had a caramel bar which i really liked and was able to pick at in work, when i felt hungry. Really fancy a chicken salad subway but im going to resist and be good - hoping to loose at least another 4lbs by Monday! Then another 5lbs by Friday which would be a stone in 2 weeks - still on target!
